Mindful Healing Therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 6 years of experience in outpatient psychotherapy with adolescents and adults in both community-based and private practice environments, as well as experience as a trainer and educator. I am an Oklahoma native, originally from the Tulsa area but have lived in Ardmore since January of 2020. I am trained in multiple therapeutic modalities such as: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Assessment & Management of Suicidality, amongst many others. I have a passion for working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and/or trauma.
